Who processes your data?

What data?

The data you give us when you contact us, request a quote or place an order: name, company, job title, email address, phone, delivery and billing addresses, and the files and information needed for your order.

Why and on what basis?

Answering your requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Carrying out, delivering and invoicing your orders: performance of the contract.

Meeting our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax: legal obligation.

Informing you about our services if you are a client: legitimate interest. You can object at any time.

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell or rent your data. We only pass it on to the partners needed for your order: production service providers, carriers, IT and hosting providers, and our accountant. They may only use it for those tasks.

How long?

As long as needed for our exchanges and the execution of your orders, then for the periods required by law, in particular for accounting and tax documents. Quote requests without follow-up are deleted at the latest 3 years after our last exchange.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and object to its use. Write to us at info@oxxoprint.be.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server: your visit sends no data to third-party services.
